WordPress update has jammed my site

I cannot get into my dashboard to update my WordPress and other plugins. I also cannot call up my website as a user. My site is http://www.sharonandco.com
Please advise. I got a notification from my domain hosts that my WordPress installation needed updating and I got onto the dashbaord and clicked on ‘update Now’ and then every thing jammed. Now it says ‘internal server error’ but SA Domain has checked everything from their side. Advice?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It’s seems like your website is in self-hosted domain and it’s not registred under WordPressDotCom. This forum is for wibsites using WordPressDotcom products. You can get your problem fixed by posting directly in the WordPress.org forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
