  Does anyone know of a video that could walk me through this …
  You cannot update because WordPress 5.2.2 requires PHP version 5.6.20 or higher. You are running version 5.4.45

  Sounds like you are in the wrong forum since updating to WordPress 5.2.2 is for self-hosted WordPress.org sites and the forums here are for sites hosted with WordPress.com.
  It would be best to ask for help in the WordPress.org forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums.
