wordpress update issue

  I am using mailchimp to send out a blog post, but the social sharing buttons are not linking back to my website (it says ‘page not found’ rather than taking me to the site).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  These forums are for support to sites created on WordPress.com. I can see your site is self-hosted with an external provider.
