WordPress update notfication emails going to wrong email address

My automatic WordPress Update Notification emails are going to a person who comments on my blog and not to my admin email that is indicated in settings. The person receiving the emails is not an admin or any admin relations to my site. Would anyone know why my notifications would be going to an email of a non- admin when the only place their email is listed is under their name in the comment section, not under general settings?

We can’t help directly because we don’t host turnercemetery.org on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically, we’re a managed platform so WordPress is always “up to date” and we don’t send out update notifications to WordPress.com site owners.

The folks over in the open-source forums are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. You may also wish to reach out to Bluehost support as they may offer in-house WordPress help for their hosting accounts.
