  I’m trying to upgrade my WordPress account, I need assistance with the following.

  1. By name on card are they referring to card holder’s name or bank name.
  2. What is CVV
  3. How does one get a coupon.
  Lastly how do I pay using PayPal, do I deposit the about, I’ve never used this method of payment before

  Hi there,

  1. Your name as it is printed on your card

  2. That’s a 3-digit code that should be printed on the back of your card.

  3. We sometimes issue coupons to people, for example if we do a community outreach where we help kids set up their own sites, etc, but in general we don’t have discount coupons available.

  If you pay directly via PayPal you will need to have a PayPal account with a credit card linked to it. In that case you don’t need to provide your credit card details to us, but only to PayPal. It doesn’t really matter if you have funds in your PayPal account already or not, as you need to have a card linked to it regardless.

  For linking a card to a PayPal account, or for depositing funds in your PayPal account, please contact PayPal support for help.
