WordPress upgrade Fail

  Hey there,

  I have been recently installing a new theme on wordpress with domain.com. Im currently on 3.2 version of wordpress dashboard. I can not upgrade to 3.5.2: it gets stuck for about more than a hour and nothing happens.
  The theme i am using is limited with the old version of wordpress. Can u please help me ?
