I requested a refund for a WordPress upgrade at least three times and still haven’t received an email. Is there another way of confirming that I have cancelled my purchase? I would appreciate a response asap. Please and thanks!

I have processed that refund for you and removed the upgrade from your account. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
