WordPress URL changed please help

Hey so I only started using WordPress yesterday, so I don’t know much at all. I’ve been trying to get my portfolio online, I bought a theme from theme forest and installed and activated it then I was looking around and I was following a video on how to use wordpress, the guy says I can change my WordPress URL from Settings – General under the Site URL and Home URL so I try that, save it, and it all went haywire.
Everything has changed, the backend looks different as in the pages of my site have dissapeared under “Pages”, theres only 1 now I did have 2, my theme has dissapeared and it wont let me install any themes, and the settings general doesn;’t have the Site URL or Home URL boxes there anymore.
I’ve already tried following the codex for fixing this but it doesn’t help.
I’m using MAMP to have a localhost which means I can edit my wordpress site locally on my macbook which Is what I was using at the time.
Please someone help me with this as I can’t do anything or carry on with my website, as it isn’t there!

I’m a bit confused, I go on my account on wordpress.com and it says my web address is http://diangelidotcom.wordpress.com
This is my website isn’t it?
