  https://wordpress.com/support/post-and-page-visibility/ is up and running without problem. But I see ‘https://https//’ is a wrong start of a URL. Were did you see that URL?

  https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/learn-the-interface/

  which has a typo in that URL

  I went ahead and fixed that link in that support document – so it should work going forward.
