  and he posted the guys home address and phone number. this should be deleted.

  That is not a WordPress.com blog, so it is not a WordPress.com issue.

  If the information is publicly available, like in the phone book, it’s not illegal to post. If you see something which IS illegal to post, your best course of action is to report it to the police.
