WordPress user search

  Hi.
  I’ve created an user role called artist and I have hundred of users with that rol.
  When i make a search from the backend in all users, wordpress shows me two results (both with the artist role). But if I make the same search but only for Artist, wordpress only shows me one result.
  The first thing i thought was that it was a privileges issue. So, i gave all permissions to the users Artist, but the problem is still there.
  I don’t understand what’s happening.
  Could someone help me?
