WordPress user 'tinkaivanovic' stole featured image from my blog page 'Srbija'

  The featured image, which WordPress user ‘tinkaivanović’ stole from me, I personally made in the program Fotor Collage Maker and uploaded it on my blog on 26th March 2016. The original image can be seen here: https://mirarbi.wordpress.com/srbija/. And this is ‘tinkaivanovic’ page with a image she stole from me: http://se.csk.kg.ac.rs/srpski/index.php/2016/11/26/srbija-oskar-davico/.
  The problem is that ‘tinkaivanovic’ website contains no contact details, so I can’t directly write to her and ask her to delete my image from her page.
  How do I resolve this situation? How to get in touch with this WordPress user? Do you have any suggestions?

  Dear “lizkarkoski”, thanks for your answer. I want to contact WordPress user “tinkaivanovic” and ask her to remove my image, but I can’t find contact details or contact form on her website: http://se.csk.kg.ac.rs/srpski/index.php/2016/11/26/srbija-oskar-davico/.
