WordPress username and password

    This is a real rookie question, but, I just signed up with Hostgator and bought the WordPress optimization package – how do I now find my wordpress login and password? The only way I can access WP now is via Hostgator portal.

    There’s actually 2 versions of WordPress.

    What we do here at WordPress.com is quite different from running your own WordPress installation. That’s known as WordPress.org, and it’s also what you’ve signed up for.

    You’ll want to contact Hostgator for help with getting started. Here are some general tips that are worth the time investment to read:
