WordPress UTC time consistently ahead by 5 hours across several servers.

I’ve got several wordpress installations across a multitude of servers.
It came to my attention that the posts on one of the servers were displaying the wrong date.
Normally this is an issue we come across on new installs where a simple change of the system and hardware clock fixes the issue. However, the server time settings were already correct. I’ve gone through and seen that several of our servers are experiencing the same issue.
I’ve checked that php is displaying the correct time with a test file on several servers. At this point i’m content with just going through each wordpress install one by one and setting each to the correct timezone; however, I’d like to know if anyone else has experienced this issue.
I’ve done everything short of testing with a new server and a fresh wordpress install, though I’m considering that once I have some time.
I appreciate any insight you might have into the issue.
    Thanks!

Sounds like you have a WordPress.ORG issue.

    Ah I see thank you.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
