WordPress Video Player Not Appearing
-
I purchased the upgrade to enable video uploads and had uploaded a few videos that worked for about a month, but now new uploads are not showing up and the old ones have disappeared: http://dentonlibrary.wordpress.com/2008/05/24/summer-reading-club-starts-june-5th/

I see videos in both of those posts. Are you sure you don’t have some kind of blocker working?
-
I see them as well. Since wp.com videos are flash-based, try updating your flash player and see if they appear.
“What is the format of video being played?
The converted video played by WordPress video player is standard flash video. “

I have a related question about wordpress video. In the faq link above, it states:
For the above example, [wpvideo Mn9zHL5e w=400] is inserted into the post.
Mn9zHL5e is the globally unique video id and should not be modified.w=400, which is optional, means that the display width is 400 pixels – the default value.
You may set with to larger or smaller size, as long as it fits your blog them well.Actually, no – the w=400 does not appear in my video id. I’d like to make the video a little larger, but unless the number appears, you can’t.
-
Yes, you can. One space after the video ID, just type in w=400 ( I use w=460 in my posts).
-
Great!
OK, I just did it – not too impressed with the results, unfortunately. Makes it look much blurrier.
-
@Lettershometoyou – probably dumb question—> did you adjust the height to compensate for change in width?
&l=xxx&w=xxx
-
Not a dumb question. There aren’t any instructions to change height, so I simply entered w=460. The height changed along with it. The video looks blurry in the larger format. This way it still looks OK:
