  Im not able to reach my wordpres website i called support and there traying to charge me $39 they said is conflicting files can i fix this myself.

  WordPress does not have phone support.

  What is the URL of your site?

  This forum is for sites only hosted with wordpress.com

  If your site is self hosted using wordpress.org you will need to contact their support.

  Thank you i just realized that it was a fake page but my site is hosted by WordPress but when I try to reach it, it says can’t access the page
