There were updates made on the website, the WordPress and domain needed to be linked again and the updates are lost. How do I retrieve it?

Hi there,
What is the URL of your website, or what is the name of your account on the WordPress.com platform you need assistance with?

@shandrem Hi there,
Thank you for providing your website’s URL. It doesn’t appear that
sandrainteriordesigns.co.zais hosted here at WordPress.com, but elsewhere.Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on their servers, and they wouldn’t have any way to access or restore any data from that website.
You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
For requesting community advice about the open-source version at WordPress.org, please use the forum link below:

There were updates made on the websiteLet’s start from here. Which is the hosting company where these updates were made on a hosting plan registered with them?
Even if they are not keeping backups of your instance (were said updates were made) you should be able to see your progress through the revision feature of WordPress. This page provides some further insight on this:

How do I retrieve it?How possible is that you have more than one hosting packages (on one or more hosting companies/accounts)? This might help to clarify the confusion further.
In any case, getting in touch with your hosting company’s support is your best chance to retrieve access to your files, if lost.
I hope that helps, otherwise let us know :)
