  Hi,

  I currently have my domain hosted by wordpress but my website on Pixieset.

  I am in the process of changing my hosting to SiteGround and moving my website back onto WordPress.

  Can you please explain why my wordpress site is so basic. I have created websites before which allow me to add plugins ect however my site doesn’t allow this?

  Also, if you could give me any advice on moving my site hosting from wordpress to siteground that would be great.

  Hey there,

  WordPress.com includes the hosting of your website. You wouldn’t need a SiteGround hosting package. Once you setup your WordPress.com package, you would then want to find yourself a theme that would best suit your business / website.
  
  Once you settle on a theme, on the main left-hand tool bar in your admin backend, you will see a ‘Plugins’ button/link. Here you can search for all kinds of plugins that you might find useful for your website.
