To whom it may concern,
I cannot access my website. I paid for 1 or 2 year subscription in February 2024 and I lost connection since I reset the website to the default page. My domain name is available for use, therefore my website is deleted. I tried to setup another website with the same domain name and it was available. My domain name was mathsciencetechnology.com My email addres is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I would like to speak to someone in billing to restore my website or refund my payment. I tried to start another website but my payment was blocked, which might cause by the earlier transaction with the first website. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi there!
Thanks for getting in touch. I just took a look and unfortunately, it seems that we don’t have any record of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into. But don’t worry, we still want to help you out as much as we can.
I also don’t show that the domain mathsciencetechnology.com is registered anywhere. Is this the correct domain? If not, please provide the correct domain and we can try to look things up there.
If you made the purchase here at WordPress.com, could you please provide us with the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ ? This will help us to identify the transaction and provide you with the assistance you need.
To find the transaction ID, you can check your bank statement for a charge with WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code.
For example: WordPress XXXXXXXXXX.
If you only see a partial transaction ID, you may need to contact your bank directly to get the full ID needed.
If the charge on your bank statement doesn’t match this format, it’s possible that the charge wasn’t made on WordPress.com.
I hope this information helps you out! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
