WordPress Website isn't opening!

  Hello,

  I have been unable to open our website since yesterday and am worried because this is detrimental to our current radio campaign.
  Not sure if increased traffic has caused this or what is happening.

  I can log into my dashboard but still unable to open the site, I assume this is a question for the wordpress support team but I can’t find that option either!
