  How do I change my entire wordpress website language from lang=’en-US’ to lang=’en-gb’?. Please explain in layman’s terms.

  I don’t see any sites under your account, what’s the address of the site you’re working on?

  On WordPress.com, you can change the language settings directly from https://wordpress.com/me/account.
