WordPress website Login modal popup redirect the login, register and lost password links to WP Admin

  In my WordPress website, when i select the Login button, it opens modal popup and upon selection of Login button, register and lost password, it redirects me to WP Admin. How do i change the hyperlinks in the modal as i have created custom pages for Login, Register and Lost Password without it affecting the wp-admin
