WordPress website not working after chaning site URL

    Good afternoon,

    I changed my site URL before pointing the domain to my website and can no longer access the website. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting methods possible.

    I’ve tried editing the wp-config.php to have ‘defined’ and the URL attached to the definition. I’ve tried restarting and allowing certain things in Apache.

    The only thing I haven’t done yet is to work on the database. Because this is a digital ocean installation of WP it didn’t come with cPanel. So I don’t have access to the database in the way. The only way I can access the database is by starting it through the servers console. There are queries to adjust certain information in the database but I am worried about further damaging and losing my website.

    I would appreciate any help and advice if anyone has ever experienced this, thank you.
