WordPress Website not working & can’t access

We have a website for our project http://eastdurhamcreates.co.uk/ which runs using wordpress – however in the last week our website has been displaying the following error message:

The only way that we know how to access the website is via the wp-admin function, which also cannot be loaded. We have no password/login for any other access. I don’t know who hosts the website (whether it is hosted elsewhere etc) as none of this was handed over. As the staff who originally established the website are no longer part of the organisation and we are now overseen by a different lead there is literally no one to ask!
PS I am not a coder, just the project manager seeking a solution so please speak in simple terms!

To give you some more information, it looks like the site is hosted with https://www.4uhosting.co.uk/
