  There is no phone support at WordPress.com. If you have an upgraded plan then you can contact staff via email or Livechat. With a free site this forum is the place to post your questions.
  What is the address of your (WordPress.com hosted) site and what issues are you facing? If a volunteer can’t help a member of staff surely will.
