WordPress Website Slowed Down After Plugin Installation

  I’m an employee at Hans Metal India, and our WordPress site performance drastically declined after installing a plugin. The page load times are now significantly slower, affecting user experience. We’re on a VPS server running WordPress 5.9. Any recommendations on how to identify and fix the slowdown?

  We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is self-hosted. You must contact support of that plugin. Also note wordpress 5.9 is outdated; update asap to current wordpress 6.7.

  @staartmees is correct, you may need to contact the plugin developers for assistance. However, I imagine the first thing they’ll do is ask you to upgrade to 6.7, so it’s probably worth doing that before contacting them. That may well fix the issue.
