WordPress website won’t load / admin page not working

Hello,
I need help getting my website back live. I use Siteground.com to host my website and they restored my DNS records as I accidently deleted them. However every time I try to access my wordpress, my page won’t load and I can log into my wordpress but it doesn’t show my website.
