WordPress website/blog company using my name

I posted the following in the support forums at wordpress.org because I don’t know where the website in question lives. It is a business, but it appears to be a free blog. If I’m incorrect in posting this here, please let me know.
I came across a WordPress.org blog that is selling electronic cigarettes. They have posted an article about hypnosis and stopping cigarette smoking. They have added my name as being the author of this article, along with a picture of my dog they got from my online portfolio. I have asked them to remove the information, but they are ignoring me. I have posted replies regarding the issue, but they are not allowing them to be published. I filed a complaint with the FTC, but would like WordPress to do something about this, as they are using my name to endorse a product without my permission. I don’t know this company, have never dealt with this company, had nothing to do with the article and didn’t know it existed before today.
Please let me know if there is anything you can do.

We have no control over blogs that say “Powered by WordPress.org.” Those blogs use the open source WordPress software and are not hosted by us. Please contact the appropriate web host with complaints. We only host blogs that have “wordpress.com” in their URL or that say “powered by WordPress.com” on the site.

When I mouse over the link, it says Semantic Personal Publishing Platform. If I click on it, it takes me to WordPress.org. I guess I should take this up with them? They seem to be forwarding the url, so how can I possibly find the hosting company?
I’m sorry, I know I’m in the wrong forum. I’ll try wordpress.org.

WordPress.ORG does not host blogs. Blogs that use the wordpress.ORG software are stand-alone. You will have to take it up with the blog owner or with their web hosting company.
