wordpress websites removed automatically, showing errors of installing wordpress

Please help me with the wordpress problem. Lately my hosted wordpress websites went down automatically.
Currently when I open my domains , it shows message to install wordpress. Before reinstalling wordpress , I went to my file manager’s respective directories of the website and I was able to see all the content that was uploaded earlier so I tried to create a backup , backup was done successfully. Then I tried to install the wordpress ,and then tried to install backup but no luck. I am still getting the installation error message.
Please help me with the steps to manually install/upload the backup. -
It sounds like the site you are having issues with is a WordPress.org self-hosted site. This forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites. The correct forum for WordPress.org self-hosted sites is http://wordpress.org/support. You will need to go there and create a separate account for the support forums there.
