WordPress will not allow me to change my blog address

I want to change my blog address but I just keep getting the message that the confirmation field does not match yet it matches. Any help please

Hello,
That’s annoying! Let’s try to troubleshoot your problem and see what happens. Have you tried clearing the cache, history and cookies of your current browser? How about trying a different browser(s) and/or device? Sometimes steps like these can do wonders for solving issues like the one you’re facing.
Keep in mind too that if you want to get rid of the wordpress.com part of your blog address, then you need to upgrade to a Custom Domain.
If you haven’t already, I’d also recommend reading up on the support page on how to Change a Blog Address.
If this doesn’t work let me know and we’ll go from there.

Thanks Travis, I upgraded my blog and I am working on changing the address name. I hope it will work. I will come back if I need more help. I appreciate.
