WordPress will not allow me to upload files

  I have had no problems setting up my WordPress site but all of a sudden when I try to upload media I get this error message: “Sorry, you are not allowed to upload files” does anyone know why I would be getting this message and how to fix it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
