WordPress will not open my website

    I already have a website or domain name, dav-d-jones.com. If I open up the WordPress app on my desktop and put in my domain name, it tells me this is already been assigned to someone. I am the one that owns the domain.

    These are the receipt ID and transaction ID numbers:

    Can you help me get access to my domain on my desktop? I can open my domain on my iPad but I cannot open it on my desktop.
