WordPress won't allow me to upgrade account

  Hi there! Just trying to map a domain name that I’m hosting at Host Gator to my wordpress account. Every time I try to go through the process it says ‘almost there’ but just stays on that screen without doing anything. I’ve been trying to activate the $99/year plan fyi.

  That’s odd, @redhotnoor . Can you let us know what domain you’re trying to map? We’ll try it out on our side or map it for you if needs be.

  I got the domain and hosting on HostGator

  I’m able to get this far, but then it requires payment:

  Are you able to get past that?

  Ah, good. I was away for a few days and I’m glad to see this worked out! I had to empty the cart to try buying it again in my testing, so maybe that did the trick. Cheers, @redhotnoor :)
