WordPress won't let me cancel my domain! Please help

  When I click the “cancel anyway” button on the cancel & refund page, it says “upgrade is not cancellable”. I literally just bought the domain 30 minutes ago and realised I had made a mistake. How do I cancel it and get a refund?
