WordPress won’t let me purchase professional email

Hi, so I am logged into my WordPress account and I am trying to purchase a professional email for my domain, but the option is greyed out. And it tells me that I need to log in in order to make this purchase (which I already am logged in). I’m not sure what else to do. Help?

Jetpack: Yes
Correct account: Yes

Sorry for the confusion. We’re not actually able to offer Professional email because your domain and site are hosted elsewhere rather than at WordPress.com

But you could get the same email setup from the provider of our Professional Email offering. They can be found here – https://titan.email/

Or, you could use any other email service.

Professional Email at WordPress.com really comes into its own when your site and domain are hosted at WordPress.com. Then everything can be integrated into your own interface.

@kuangwencheng2023 Yes, we can change your currency. What currency would you like to use?

We don’t support CNY, but we offer HKD and TWD as options. If none of those work, we can switch to USD, which is out default.
