WordPress won't let me renew my domain name

  I have been trying to renew Screenphiles.com, yet when I click on the link, WordPress goes to ‘updates,’ which is not what I am trying to do.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your domain purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription purchase.

  I am confused. I have only one WordPress account, and that’s Screenphiles.

  I had two WordPress blogs in the past, though I currently have only one and that’s the one I posted your from and what said that the domain name was expiring.

  Hi there,

  There is another account that the domain subscription is under. You might’ve inadvertently created two different accounts. i would try to log in using other e-mails that you own to see if there is an account associated with that e-mail.

  I need to know how to change my registration email address. The address WordPress has no longer is active, and I need to update it.

  It goes without saying that I cannot seem to get there via my site.
