WordPress won’t load

A while ago I created a site but deleted it in a fit of frustration. However since then I wanted to make a new one but when I click ‘create a website’ it starts loading and that’s it. It won’t progress. I tried clearing my cache and turning off add blocker but it still won’t work. I’d appreciate some suggestions. Thank you

Yup, I had to log out and log in again and that seems to have done it. I did figure out how to add posts but the older posts seem to not appear on the site anymore. Is there anyway to be able to flip between page 1, 2 etc without needing to start adding number tags? Thank you for the service offer but this is something I have to do for Uni :,D so I don’t think they’d let me pass with that.
