WordPress wont show sub-menu label or input

    Hello

    I made a burger menu which contains a few and one of the is a submenu with a checkbox that i styled to look like a + that rotates when you click it to open up the sub-menu . when i wrote the code in html and css it worked perfectly. But now i implemented the html into wordpress and now it shows the burger menu with the but the that has the sub-menu doesnt have the + checkbox near it plus when i inspect the wordpress code i see that the entire input and label coding is missing for the sub-menu
