WordPress won’t Update the version

My wordpress shows version 4.5.3 and does not allow me to update it. I tried and deactivated all my plugins to update the wordpress and it didn’t work. Also, my Cpanel version is updated.
Any thought where the problem is from?

I do not see any sites under your @mypotential2015 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
