WordPress/Woocomerce login loop

  Hi guys,

  We manage our clients sites and connet their woocommerce store via our email/account.
  
  I’m trying to do that for another client through the backend of their site, but woocomemrce is then saying to login using wordpress.com details to connect the account – but then I’m told the email associated with my wordpress/woocommerce is already linked.
  
  It’s a constant loop – not sure where things are going wrong. Is this a woocommerce bug?
