WordPress/Woocommerce Site Access

  We were using woocommerce for our shop, but transitioned to a new shop platform by pointing our .com url to a new shop site. We still wanted to go back into woocommerce for current order info/data during this transitional overlap, but no longer can access our woocommerce/wordpress site from the backend/admin.

  It seems to have disappeared. How can we get back in? TIA!

  Hi @cfgbike, can you send a link to your site? We’ll check it out and point you in the right direction for help.

  If the old site was hosted here, you probably just need to log into the correct account.

  If it wasn’t hosted here and you’ve cancelled your WooCommerce hosting, you may be out of luck. If you’ve only pointed the URL elsewhere, this may help:
