WordPress/Woocommerce Site Access

  Redirected the url to a new place but didn’t know I’d be out of the WordPress/Woocommerce admin dashboard by doing so. Need to get the customer and visitor data for the site for the past year, 2019-2020 for http://www.panaracerusa.com.

  How can I get back in and get that data? Thank you.

  Hi there,

  You’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. The site at https://www.panaracerusa.com/ is built using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, and is hosted by Bluehost.com, so we don’t have any control over or data about that site.

  That site is connected to WordPress.com via the Jetpack plugin, but that connection belongs to a different account than the one you’re using to post here. To access Jetpack stats for that site, you need to be logged in as the account that owns that Jetpack connection.
