WordPress – worst ever customer service experience yet

This morning I posted on this forum about WordPress correcting my DNS Servers so I can have my domain name live. I also emailed them. I have still not received any kind of response from anybody at WordPress and this is after being charged 3 times for a Premium bundle three days ago. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Has anyone else been treated the same?

I don’t know why you assume that Staff drop everything and deal with brand new incoming emails. That’s not their approach – thank goodness. They provide support for over 38 million and they deal with all threads, support ticket, and email by addressing those with the earliest date and time stamp first.

If we persist in contacting Staff more than once on any issue that moves the time and/or date forward and it takes longer to get help.

The moment a customer pays for a service, the business that has taken the customer’s money owes that customer at least some form of communication and response. Customer service rather than customer disservice.
