  Hi I have a back up of wordpress flies on my computer. I was hoping to extract the written content from the files and put it on a new website. Is this possible. I have looked through the files and I can’t find anything

  Hello!

  In most circumstances, it would be more practical to restore the site from the backup, and then export/import to your target site or copy-and-paste written content to the target site.
