WordPress XML Import Failed

  I’ve been trying to import my XML file to a new WordPress site since yesterday evening but I keep getting emails saying that the import has failed and to quote Error Code 403.

  The XML file size in 4.2MB.

  I’m not sure what to do. Any help would be great
