WordPress–Zoho Integration Issue for Covoro

Our WordPress site Covoro is connected with One.Zoho CRM and has multiple verticals for different countries, including UAE, Malaysia, and India. In the Leads section of Zoho, the integration works correctly for India — leads are recorded along with their sources (e.g., Contact Us, Email Marketing, etc.). However, for UAE, the leads are captured but the source field is missing. For Malaysia, no leads are being recorded at all.
We contacted One.Zoho customer support, and they confirmed that the Zoho settings are correct. They suggested the issue lies with the WordPress integration setup. At this point, we are unsure how to resolve this integration problem and need guidance to fix it.
