WordPress_With_CMS_Based_Application

    Hello All,
    Right now i am working as php developer, and i have new project in my hand which include the concept of wordpress, now my question is, my project leader pass me the “CSS,IMAGES,JS,SCRIPTS and .html pages” so this project include the concept of CMS based application, and i am confuse about wordpress ” CAN WE CONVERT THIS(HTML PAGES CONTENT) TO CMS BASED WEBSITE USING WORDPRESS”. And even all i don’t found any document for studying the WORDPRESS DEEPLEY. So pls any one pass me the link which is good for wordpress study and help me for my question.
