Hi concreteanddirt! You can update your blog address by going to your dashboard, selecting My Blogs, and then click on “Change Blog Address”.

One last question…a new one. If I want to keep my blog private can I even if I publish the posts? Is there a way to have it be invite only? And, I don’t want anything personal revealed other than the blog name and whatever I choose to write or share.
-
You have a couple of options under the Privacy settings.
One option is to make your blog completely private. It will require users to log in to view your blog and comment.
Another option is to discourage search engines from indexing your site. This option will keep your blog public, and the search engines can choose to honor your request.
One last options is to control the visibility of each post, so that it can be password protected and you can give you readers the password for each post.

And where are the privacy settings? I only see the third party stuff. I’m obviously new at this! Thank you.
-
It’s no problem!
For the first two options I mentioned, it is your Reading settings. In your blog’s admin page ( https://concreteanddirtandlullabies.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ ), then go to Settings at the bottom, and choose the Reading submenu. The privacy settings are there.
For the visibility of each post, you will find that option on the right when you click on Posts and then Add New post.
