WordPress.com already optimized…what does that mean?

  I have read that WordPress.com is already optimized. That’s good and saves me the trouble but what does it mean? What has been done? Have they taken care of the blog title/post title issue? Are header or other titles that need to be H1 or H2 set at those values? I know what optimization is but what does it mean here?

  As we cannot access meta data and edit templates, I believe it means that templates underlying our themes have been optimized by Staff.
