WordPress.com and GoDaddy

  Hey there,

  I bought a domain and hosting (1yr) through Godaddy yesterday and switched my wordpress.com site over to it. I then found out that I need to switch to wordpress.org to upload a custom theme I bought.

  I tried installing WordPress (from wp.org) yet again, Version 3.4 on my hosting server and it did install however, It still appears to be running the WordPress.org blog.

  Can anyone help me so I can switch to a WordPress that will allow me to upload themes? Much thanks.

  Hi axiomproject,

  Go Daddy support reps can definitely help you with this.

  We have an easy one click install for WordPress from our Hosting Connections within the Hosting Control Center for your hosting account.

  Once installed, simply upload the theme you purchased to wp-content/themes.

  Once it is there you should be able to activate it from withing your WordPress control panel.
